Key Responsibilities- Perform various operational and domestic tasks including cooking, frying, operating the cash register, and hosting as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
- Work collaboratively with store team members to ensure smooth, efficient, and hygienic daily restaurant operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking accurate orders, and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Uphold all company policies, food safety standards, and represent the Chicken Republic brand positively at all times.
- Minimum of an SSCE, NABTEB, NCE, or OND qualification.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills.
- Physically fit with the stamina required to stand for extended periods and perform shift duties.
- Must be reliable, smart, proactive, and reside within Lagos Island or close proximity to VGC (please note that no accommodation is provided).
