Key Responsibilities- Perform various domestic and operational tasks including cooking, frying, operating the cash register, and hosting customers as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth, efficient, and hygienic daily restaurant operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly and handling transactions accurately.
- Uphold all company policies, food safety standards, and represent the Chicken Republic brand positively at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across the dining area, kitchen, and service counters.
- Minimum educational qualification of SSCE, NABTEB, NCE, or OND.
- 0 to 1 year of working experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or hospitality industry; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Physically fit with the stamina to stand for long hours in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, smart, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Must reside within the Lagos Island axis or easily accessible nearby locations (please note that no accommodation is provided).
