Key Responsibilities- Enable sales, support, and service teams to deliver world-class, differentiated customer service and merchant support through effective service operations planning and process optimization.
- Conduct reviews and audits of existing standard operating procedures to improve service and support workflows.
- Train management, direct reports, and team members on proper product preparation, guest service techniques, equipment maintenance, and brand standards.
- Define customer-obsessed and partner-aligned priorities to drive operational excellence across the restaurant.
- Develop program management methodologies that accelerate schedules, forecast effectively, and maximize constrained resources.
- Proximity to Lekki, Lagos is key for this role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in restaurant management with a track record of increasing sales and profitability.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, customer service, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
