Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations across all kitchen, restaurant, beverage, and room service departments, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
- Establish, monitor, and maintain departmental budgets while driving cost-management strategies to achieve financial goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the catering and F&B team through active coaching, continuous training, and clear performance expectations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by proactively resolving guest concerns and championing the brand service culture.
- Oversee human resources activities, including performance appraisals, talent development, and action plans based on employee engagement surveys.
- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of professional work experience in catering, kitchen operations, or related fields; OR a two-year degree in hotel management, business administration, or a related specialization with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of supervising teams and managing daily hotel or restaurant operations.
