Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage comprehensive financial, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction plans for the Food and Beverage departments.
- Oversee all day-to-day culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service operations while maintaining strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Drive a service culture that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, and continuous improvement among all team members.
- Handle human resource activities including performance reviews, coaching, talent development, and promoting fair treatment policies.
- Resolve customer feedback proactively and ensure service delivery exceeds guest expectations consistently.
- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in food and beverage, culinary, or hospitality management.
- Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial budgeting, cost management, and applicable local food and beverage laws.
