Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Train, mentor, and supervise service staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Manage guest relations, promptly resolving any complaints or issues with a customer-first mindset.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage stock control to minimize waste.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all dining areas.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute promotional events and drive revenue growth.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant restaurant management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong work ethic, unwavering professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service mindset with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
