About the Role
Dicalo Consulting Group is seeking a strategic, execution-driven Operations and Supply Chain Manager to oversee our end-to-end operational activities across retail, e-commerce, and logistics. You will ensure maximum inventory availability, rigorous cost optimization, and seamless departmental coordination to support our rapid expansion across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, vendor management, warehousing, and logistics.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels across multiple warehouses and retail channels while minimizing stockouts and wastage.
- Oversee accurate and timely order fulfillment for e-commerce and retail customers.
- Drive operational excellence by developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and tracking critical performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing for accurate demand planning and forecasting.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal operational controls.
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on operations and supply chain experience within FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods.
- Professional certifications such as APICS, CIPS, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma are a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and proficiency in vendor management.
