About the Role

In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment for all guests, visitors, and associates by patrolling property grounds, monitoring security systems, and responding swiftly to emergencies. Key Responsibilities- Patrol all areas of the property, conduct daily physical hazard inspections, and secure entrances as required.
- Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions (CCTV), perimeter alarms, duress systems, and fire life safety equipment.
- Respond promptly to accidents, administer first aid or CPR, contact emergency medical services, and assist during crises.
- Investigate incidents, gather evidence, conduct interviews, and complete detailed shift summary and incident reports.
- Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome individuals from the premises, and resolve safety hazards professionally.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all security documents, property reports, and proprietary company assets.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior professional security experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong observation skills with the ability to remain calm and decisive during high-pressure situations.
- Physical capability to stand, walk for extended periods, and lift heavy objects as required by daily operations.
