Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery and high productivity.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor and maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and overall quality standards across the establishment.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports and maintain accurate daily documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service or operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or Restaurant Manager within the Food and Beverage (F&B) or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
- Age not more than 35 years old.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities coupled with excellent report-writing abilities.
- Competitive monthly net salary of N170,000.
- Performance-based monthly bonus of N30,000.
