About the Role
Feed Avenue Ltd, a dynamic French subsidiary specializing in livestock health and nutrition products and services in Nigeria, is looking for a passionate and results-driven NYSC Customer Support Officer. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and professional assistance across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other designated communication channels.
- Channel customer enquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status directly to the Sales Admin Coordinator.
- Follow up meticulously on customer orders and deliveries, keeping clients proactively updated.
- Receive, record, collate, and track all customer feedback forms and complaints until fully resolved.
- Conduct post-delivery and routine customer follow-ups to gather actionable feedback.
- Distribute, collect, and analyze customer feedback forms to improve service delivery.
- Escalate complex customer issues requiring sales, logistics, or stock intervention to management.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions, enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and customer service support to the Sales Admin Coordinator as required.
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
- Must currently be serving in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Nigeria or have an imminent deployment scheduled.
- Must have at least 10 months remaining in your NYSC service year at the time of application.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and basic office software.
