Food Concepts Plc, the parent company of the iconic Chicken Republic brand, is seeking a driven and ambitious Restaurant Management Trainee to join our dynamic team in Wuye, Abuja. This comprehensive training program offers hands-on experience in all facets of restaurant operations, customer service excellence, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Undergo intensive training across all restaurant stations, including front-of-house service, kitchen operations, and inventory management.
- Assist the restaurant manager in daily operational activities to ensure seamless service delivery and high-efficiency standards.
- Learn and implement strict food safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols in compliance with company standards.
- Supervise, motivate, and mentor store crew members to foster a positive, high-performing work environment.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve any issues promptly to guarantee total satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering supplies, and help minimize waste to maximize store profitability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management review.
- Possession of WAEC, GCE, or NECO result with 5 credits, including Mathematics and English.
- B.Sc. or HND in any related field with a minimum of a Second-Class Lower Division (B.Sc.) or Lower Credit (HND).
- Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Fresh graduates with 0 to 2 years of professional work experience are encouraged to apply.
