Key Responsibilities- Undergo comprehensive training across all operational areas including customer service, kitchen production, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Assist the restaurant manager in daily store operations to ensure seamless workflow and high efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards in compliance with company policies.
- Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
- Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and minimize waste to optimize profitability.
- Resolve customer feedback and inquiries promptly and professionally to uphold the brand reputation.
- B.Sc. or HND in any related discipline with a minimum of a Second Class Lower division or Lower Credit.
- Must possess WAEC/GCE/NECO with 5 credits including Mathematics and English.
- Mandatory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- Fresh graduates with 0 to 2 years of work experience are encouraged to apply.
