We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Restaurant Cashier to join our vibrant team in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Take customer food and beverage orders accurately at the counter.
- Process cash and credit card payments efficiently, issuing correct change and receipts.
- Manage the cash register responsibly, ensuring a complete and accurate financial balance at the end of every shift.
- Pack food items neatly and securely for dine-in or take-out.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and challenging situations professionally during peak rush hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area.
- Minimum of an OND qualification from a recognized institution.
- At least 1 year of prior experience working as a cashier in a fast-food restaurant or hospitality setting is an added advantage.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and exceptional multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with electronic point-of-sale (POS) machines.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer-first communication skills.
- Flexibility to work on a shift basis as required by business operations.
- Must reside around the Lekki, Ijora, or Abijo axis, as accommodation is not provided.
- Competitive monthly salary of N80,000.
