About the Role

We prioritize strict food safety, hygiene, and outstanding customer service across our entire restaurant. We are currently looking for a vibrant and customer-focused Restaurant Cashier to join our expanding team in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Take customer orders accurately at the front counter with a welcoming attitude.
- Receive payments in cash and credit cards, and present accurate change to customers.
- Pack food items neatly and efficiently to maintain quality and presentation.
- Handle impatient or irritated customers professionally, especially during high-volume rush hours.
- Manage the cash register, reconciling all transactions at the end of each shift.
- Minimum of an OND qualification in a relevant discipline.
- At least 1 year of prior working experience in a fast-food restaurant or hospitality setting is an added advantage.
- Excellent mathematical aptitude and strong multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with electronic payment terminals and POS machines.
- Outstanding customer relations skills with a commitment to a customer-first culture.
- Flexibility to work on a shift schedule as required by restaurant operations.
- Residency around the Lekki, Ijora, or Abijo axis, as accommodation is not provided.
- Competitive monthly salary of N80,000.
