Key Responsibilities- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally across multiple communication channels.
- Maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster brand loyalty.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate information about Resurgir Consulting's talent sourcing, recruitment, and outsourcing services.
- Follow up proactively with customers to ensure prompt resolution of issues and high levels of service satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, interaction logs, and feedback reports in the company database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline service delivery and improve overall client experience.
- BSc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or any relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a customer relations, client success, or similar support role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polite, professional, and empathetic telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport easily and manage difficult client situations calmly.
- Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, CRM software, and Microsoft Office suite.
