Key Responsibilities- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy and efficiency using our point-of-sale (POS) system
- Take customer orders and ensure precise entry into the POS system
- Manage payments, issue receipts, and provide correct change to customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable cashier and front-of-house area
- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure positive dining experiences
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Comply with all health, safety, and company policies and procedures
- Report discrepancies, system issues, and customer feedback to management immediately
- Secondary education or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar customer-facing role
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
