About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a discreet, polished, and experienced Residential House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence in Nigeria. In this role, you will supervise domestic staff, maintain high standards of hospitality and property presentation, and ensure absolute confidentiality while managing executive household needs.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate household staff including cooks, housekeepers, and drivers.
- Manage formal dining, VIP hospitality, and guest accommodations to luxury standards.
- Conduct regular property inspections, oversee inventory management, and coordinate timely repairs and maintenance.
- Handle household budgets, track expenses, and manage the procurement of daily provisions.
- Enforce strict protocols regarding cleanliness, organization, and elite household confidentiality.
- HND or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in luxury private residences, boutique hotels, or serviced residences.
- Relevant certification in household management, domestic staffing, or professional silver-service training.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational acumen, budgeting proficiency, and digital inventory management skills.
