About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Coffee Barista to join our dynamic food and beverage team. In this role, you will craft premium coffee beverages, maintain the highest standards of hygiene and customer service, and contribute to creating memorable moments for our local and international guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks adhering strictly to recipes and presentation standards.
- Welcome all guests warmly, take accurate orders, and provide expert recommendations on our beverage menu.
- Operate, clean, and perform routine maintenance on commercial espresso machines, grinders, and other bar equipment.
- Manage cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate daily sales logs when required.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, reporting shortages to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to ensure prompt and courteous guest service.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience working as a barista in a high-volume café, restaurant, or luxury hotel environment.
- Formal Barista Training certification or a degree/certificate in Hospitality Management will be a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, latte art, and beverage preparation techniques.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure hospitality setting.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
