Key Responsibilities- Greet and seat guests warmly while presenting menus and making tailored recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and transmit them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve orders promptly and maintain table upkeep throughout the dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, special dietary requests, and feedback with utmost professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Process billing accurately using the hotel's point-of-sale systems.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and floor teams to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Possession of an SSCE, OND, or equivalent educational qualification.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a waiter or server in a reputable hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Immaculate personal grooming and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
