About the Role
Paul Osaji & Co., a premier estate surveying and valuation firm established in 1997 with headquarters in Lagos, is seeking a talented Research & Marketing Officer. In this role, you will drive our market intelligence, research publications, and marketing strategies, providing actionable insights that shape the Nigerian real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities- Lead comprehensive research into the Nigerian real estate market across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Develop periodic market reports, quarterly outlooks, and investment briefs to establish industry thought leadership.
- Design and execute the firm's annual marketing strategy, enhancing visibility and client acquisition.
- Collaborate with valuation, brokerage, and property management teams to identify business development opportunities.
- Manage digital and content marketing initiatives, converting complex data into engaging insights for clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in real estate research, marketing, or business development.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation capabilities.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian property market and economic indicators.
