We are currently seeking a motivated, hardworking, and career-driven Graduate Trainee to join our vibrant Supply Chain Department in Nigeria. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive practical training and hands-on exposure to vital supply chain functions, including warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, logistics, and documentation. Key Responsibilities- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and supply chain department.
- Support the receiving, storage, issuing, and movement of materials and finished products.
- Assist with stock counting, inventory reconciliation, and proper documentation of stock movements.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, excesses, or discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in maintaining accurate warehouse records and documentation.
- Support the proper arrangement, identification, and safe storage of materials.
- Assist in coordinating the movement of raw materials and finished products between departments.
- Support loading, dispatch, and delivery activities where required.
- Work closely with Production, Procurement, Quality Control, Accounts, and other departments.
- Participate in periodic stock-taking and inventory audits.
- Learn and comply with company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety standards.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Must have completed the mandatory NYSC program.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong numerical, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
