The successful candidate will receive comprehensive practical training and hands-on exposure to vital supply chain functions, including warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, logistics, and documentation. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and supply chain department.
  • Support the receiving, storage, issuing, and movement of materials and finished products.
  • Assist with stock counting, inventory reconciliation, and proper documentation of stock movements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, excesses, or discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate warehouse records and documentation.
  • Support the proper arrangement, identification, and safe storage of materials.
  • Assist in coordinating the movement of raw materials and finished products between departments.
  • Support loading, dispatch, and delivery activities where required.
  • Work closely with Production, Procurement, Quality Control, Accounts, and other departments.
  • Participate in periodic stock-taking and inventory audits.
  • Learn and comply with company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Must have completed the mandatory NYSC program.
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong numerical, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Hardworking, disciplined, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
