About the Role
Elizabeth Maddeux Limited is partnering with a leading retail pharmacy to hire a dynamic and customer-focused Cosmetologist. In this role, you will serve as the resident beauty expert, guiding customers toward the best skincare, haircare, and personal care solutions while supporting in-store retail sales and merchandising goals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct professional customer consultations to assess individual skincare concerns, beauty preferences, and personal care needs.
- Recommend suitable cosmetic, skincare, and wellness products while educating clients on proper application techniques and daily routines.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product ingredients, benefits, and safety precautions to provide accurate guidance.
- Support pharmacy sales targets by effectively cross-selling beauty products, managing product displays, and monitoring inventory levels.
- Maintain a hygienic, clean, and organized consultation area while strictly adhering to safety protocols and privacy standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, Esthetics, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications in skincare or beauty therapy will be a distinct advantage.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in retail sales, beauty consulting, or a pharmacy environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and product presentation skills with a polished professional appearance.
