- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills with a passion for research.
- Prior experience utilizing psychometric or behavioral assessments is a distinct advantage.
