The University of Benin (UNIBEN) is seeking a dedicated and academically driven professional to join our esteemed institution as a Research Fellow II within the African Centre for Management and Leadership. Key Responsibilities- Conduct high-quality, impactful academic research in management, public administration, and related fields.
- Publish scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed journals to advance the Centre's research profile.
- Collaborate with faculty members, industry experts, and postgraduate students on multidisciplinary research projects.
- Participate in grant writing, securing research funding, and managing sponsored projects.
- Contribute to departmental seminars, workshops, and academic community development initiatives.
- Possession of a PhD or Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Industrial Relations, Sociology, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of a First Degree with Second-Class Upper Division, or Second-Class Lower Division with a PhD.
- At least three (3) peer-reviewed publications in reputable academic journals.
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant working or professional experience with demonstrable research capacity and scholarly contribution.
