Key Responsibilities
  • Support the coordination of clinical research studies by maintaining records, preparing documentation, and assisting with ethics and governance submissions.
  • Conduct thorough literature reviews and prepare clear research summaries, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Collect, organize, and manage research data in strict compliance with hospital policies and data-protection standards.
  • Coordinate medical resident onboarding, rotation schedules, teaching sessions, assessments, and internal communications.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for resident doctors, supervising consultants, and research teams.
  • Organize research meetings, journal clubs, educational events, workshops, and academic activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident attendance, training progress, and research participation.
  • Assist with grant applications, academic publications, clinical audits, and the dissemination of research findings.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline research processes and enhance the resident learning experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of professional experience supporting clinical research, medical education, or healthcare administration.
  • Strong research, writing, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential medical and research information with absolute discretion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to collaborate across multidisciplinary clinical teams.
  • Familiarity with research software, reference-management tools, and electronic health-record systems.
