We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate Laboratory Scientist to join our dedicated medical team and contribute to our high standards of patient care and diagnostic accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a wide range of routine and specialized laboratory tests efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure proper handling, processing, and labeling of all biological specimens.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and manage laboratory inventory effectively.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support prompt patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Adhere strictly to quality control standards, biosafety guidelines, and professional ethics.
- Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) or relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
- Current practicing license with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical laboratory experience in a recognized healthcare facility.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating modern laboratory diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
