As a Reporter at News Central TV, you will play a crucial role in gathering, verifying, and presenting news stories that matter. Your daily duties will include:

• Conducting thorough and objective research and investigative work on critical socio-economic and political issues.
• Developing and pitching compelling story ideas that align with the channel's mission to amplify diverse voices.
• Enhancing storytelling techniques through engaging scriptwriting, compelling visuals, and dynamic on-air delivery.
• Collaborating seamlessly with producers, editors, and camera crews within fast-paced newsroom workflows.
• Conducting interviews with key newsmakers, experts, and everyday citizens to uncover fresh perspectives.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following requirements:

• Strong research and investigative skills with a proven ability to uncover facts and verify sources.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance storytelling and communicate complex issues clearly and engagingly.
• Solid understanding of modern newsroom workflows and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
• A degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
• Previous experience in broadcast journalism or digital media reporting within the Nigerian media landscape.
