We help businesses stand out in competitive markets and capture a higher market share. We are currently seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to join our remote team. In this role, you will plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing activities designed to increase brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and directly support our business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other approved platforms.
- Develop robust lead generation strategies to supply the sales team with qualified prospects and drive conversions.
- Create engaging promotional and educational content for social media and digital channels while maintaining a consistent schedule.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics including reach, engagement, clicks, and conversion rates to make data-backed improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to review lead quality, gather feedback, and continuously refine marketing funnels.
- Conduct audience research, test various creatives and messaging, and prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, lead generation, or performance advertising.
- Practical, hands-on experience running successful paid campaigns using Meta Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising principles focused on measurable business results rather than vanity metrics.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or SaaS marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities.
