Key Responsibilities- Oversee the production of digital media including videos, website development, online advertising, and email marketing.
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy and content calendar.
- Lead on the day-to-day management of digital channels, creating inspirational, informative, and engaging content.
- Create graphics and edit photos in close working relationship with the internal design team.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital channels and activities using tools like Google Analytics.
- Optimize and monitor SEO and user engagement, suggesting data-driven content optimizations.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to build a strong professional network.
- Ensure professional community management and brand consistency across all active social media channels.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a dedicated social media or digital content creation role.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and editing high-quality video content for digital platforms.
- Proficiency in managing social media campaigns and using analytics tools to optimize performance.
- Experience working across a range of brands simultaneously while successfully balancing diverse tones and styles.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar applications.
