About the Role
Reliance Health is a technology-driven health insurance company utilizing software, data science, and telemedicine to make healthcare more affordable, accessible, and delightful. We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and Arabic-proficient self-starter to join our team as a Reliance Care Officer in Rivers. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our stakeholders across Egypt markets, resolving inquiries with empathy and a solution-driven mindset while supporting our customer acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in Arabic while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
- Provide accurate information in Arabic to prospective clients to guide them in selecting suitable health insurance plans.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams and follow through to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- Accurately record and update customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions in the internal communication system.
- Support customer acquisition by engaging Arabic-speaking inbound prospects and encouraging product adoption.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline, with a medical background serving as an added advantage.
- Must have completed the NYSC scheme or possess a valid exemption letter.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and strong analytical skills for working with numerical data.
