We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Laundry Staff member to join our dynamic team and maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron all hotel linens, uniforms, and guest laundry efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect all laundered items for quality, stains, or damage, and report any issues to management immediately.
- Operate and maintain commercial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironing presses, according to safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the laundry facility at all times.
- Manage inventory of laundry supplies and report shortages to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with the housekeeping and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Minimum of OND, SSCE, or relevant academic qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proven professional experience working in a commercial laundry or hospitality environment is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle delicate fabrics with care and operate heavy-duty laundry machinery safely.
- Good communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting.
