About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and self-motivated professional who is proficient in Arabic to join our Abuja team as a Reliance Care Officer. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers and stakeholders across our Egypt markets, ensuring every interaction is handled with empathy and a solution-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in Arabic while maintaining a friendly, professional tone.
- Provide accurate information in Arabic to prospective clients to guide them in selecting suitable health insurance plans.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams and follow through to guarantee complete client satisfaction.
- Accurately record and update customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions within internal systems.
- Support customer acquisition by engaging Arabic-speaking inbound prospects and encouraging product adoption.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline.
- Completed NYSC or possession of a valid exemption letter.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Medical background (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacy, Microbiology) is a strong advantage.
