About the Role
Reliance HMO is a technology-driven health insurance company utilizing software, data science, and telemedicine to make healthcare more affordable and accessible. We are currently seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and self-motivated Arabic-speaking professional to join our team in Lagos as a Reliance Care Officer. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers and stakeholders across the Egypt market, delivering empathetic, solution-driven support while promoting our innovative health plans.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in Arabic.
- Provide accurate information in Arabic to prospective clients to help them select the most suitable health plans.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and follow through to ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Accurately record and update customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions within the internal communication system.
- Support customer acquisition by engaging Arabic-speaking inbound prospects and encouraging product adoption.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline, with a medical background (Nursing, Pharmacy, Microbiology, etc.) considered an added advantage.
- Must have completed the mandatory NYSC program or possess a valid exemption letter.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic, alongside excellent English communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and strong analytical abilities with numerical data.
- High attention to detail, adaptability, and a goal-oriented mindset suited for a fast-paced environment.
