About the Role
Reliance Health is transforming the healthcare landscape by combining modern software, data science, and telemedicine to make health insurance more accessible and affordable in Nigeria. We are seeking dynamic, ambitious, and customer-focused professionals to join our remote-first team as a Reliance Care Officer. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued stakeholders, delivering empathetic, solution-driven support while promoting innovative health plans that redefine the HMO experience.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via multiple communication channels.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to prospective clients, guiding them in selecting suitable health insurance plans.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership through to final resolution.
- Accurately log and update customer interactions, feedback, and suggestions in our centralized CRM system.
- Drive customer acquisition by engaging inbound prospects and encouraging the adoption of Reliance health plans and services.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Evidence of completion or exemption from the mandatory NYSC program.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and digital communication platforms.
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, to ensure round-the-clock service delivery.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence in handling numerical data and metrics.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- A background in medical or health sciences (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacy, Microbiology) will be an added advantage.
