In this role, you will be the friendly voice and face of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, satisfying, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and manage inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Take, process, and accurately confirm food orders while providing menu recommendations.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly with a professional and empathetic attitude.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback.
- Assist with promotional activities and help drive repeat business through stellar service.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven work experience in customer service, hospitality, or the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Proficiency in using computers, mobile devices, and basic order management software.
