Nairapoint Finance Limited, a licensed digital financial technology platform focused on ethical lending and retail wealth management, is seeking a driven Relationship Officer to join our Lagos sales team. Key Responsibilities- Achieve monthly sales targets of 250 million Naira each in loan asset booking and Fixed Deposit liability mobilization through disciplined pipeline management.
- Prospect and acquire new borrowers for SME and salary-earner loans via field visits, referrals, and professional presentations.
- Mobilize Fixed Deposits from high-net-worth individuals, SMEs, and corporate prospects to optimize the company's deposit base.
- Cross-sell comprehensive savings, investment, and wealth management products to existing clients.
- Conduct thorough credit risk analyses, evaluate repayment capacities, and coordinate timely loan disbursements with risk operations.
- Maintain healthy portfolio performance, monitor repayment schedules, and strictly adhere to CBN regulations and AML/KYC standards.
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- 4 to 8 years of proven experience in sales, credit analysis, or relationship management within a bank, microfinance institution, or fintech.
- Professional certifications such as CIBN, ACCA, or ICAN are an added advantage.
- Exceptional target-driven mindset with proven capability to handle high-value financial portfolios under pressure.
- Strong existing network of SMEs or salary earners in Lagos along with robust negotiation and persuasion skills.
