In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our customer base, nurturing valuable client relationships, and driving the bank's strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of individual and corporate customers by proactively identifying opportunities for business development.
  • Build and sustain strong, long-term client relationships to understand their financial needs and recommend tailored banking products and services.
  • Handle end-to-end account opening processes, monitor account activities, and execute effective cross-selling and upselling strategies.
  • Ensure prompt and professional resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on customer portfolio performance and support credit and risk assessment processes.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and operational departments to guarantee efficient and timely service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management, sales, and business development within the financial sector.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for engaging high-value clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and conduct basic credit evaluations.
  • Good understanding of Nigerian banking operations, retail and corporate products, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with core banking applications or CRM tools.
