About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Regulatory Affairs Officer to oversee regulatory compliance, product lifecycle management, and agency liaison activities. In this vital role, you will ensure all company operations and product portfolios strictly adhere to Nigerian regulatory standards, driving seamless market entry and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, review, and coordinate comprehensive regulatory submissions for new pharmaceutical and allied products.
- Manage end-to-end product registration, renewals, variations, and post-approval applications.
- Compile and review Common Technical Document (CTD) dossiers to guarantee absolute accuracy and completeness.
- Act as the primary liaison between Zamiva Transnational Services and key regulatory bodies such as NAFDAC and SON.
- Coordinate regulatory inspections, agency meetings, and swiftly resolve any deficiency letters or regulatory queries.
- Maintain meticulous tracking systems for all product registration statuses and ongoing regulatory submissions.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Industrial Chemistry, or a closely allied scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on regulatory affairs experience within the Nigerian market.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing successful NAFDAC product registrations, renewals, and regulatory variations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of NAFDAC guidelines, SON standards, and overarching Nigerian regulatory frameworks.
- Prior supervisory or managerial experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting is an added advantage.
- Possession of a relevant postgraduate degree or Master's qualification will be strongly preferred.
