As a Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will lead high-level advisory engagements and drive innovative solutions for our esteemed clients. Your core duties will include:

• Advise on challenging regulatory and tax advisory engagements to deliver innovative planning ideas.
• Conduct thorough legal and regulatory research, assessing the impact of legislative changes and international best practices.
• Draft insightful tax alerts regarding legislative updates, regulatory policies, and judicial judgments.
• Support clients with regulatory compliance, ensuring timely preparation and submission of filings such as annual returns.
• Liaise with regulators, assist clients in obtaining necessary licenses, and ensure prompt responses to regulatory circulars.
• Identify, understand, and escalate compliance risk events while implementing root-cause solutions.
• Collaborate on business development initiatives, support client outreach, and identify opportunities for service expansion.
• Coordinate internal training and capacity-building programs on key compliance and regulatory developments.

To qualify for this prestigious role at EY, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) with a minimum of a Second Class Upper Division.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant regulatory compliance experience, or equivalent experience within business or industry.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and exceptional written communication skills.
• Mature, proactive, highly motivated, and driven team player capable of thriving in a professional services environment.
