About the Role
Dokitami is a leading digital healthcare and wellness company delivering premium health, wellness, and weight-loss solutions across Africa. We are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to join our telehealth team. This is an innovative, non-bedside role that combines clinical communication, patient education, and sales conversion to help clients achieve healthier lifestyles through our specialised wellness programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to new client enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and digital platforms.
- Conduct client assessments and ask relevant medical qualification questions following Dokitami protocols.
- Educate clients on available wellness, weight-management, and skincare programmes in simple terms.
- Guide suitable clients through the assessment, recommendation, and treatment enrolment journey.
- Address pricing, answer treatment questions, and overcome client objections professionally.
- Identify situations requiring escalation to a doctor or medical team member.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and meet assigned conversion targets.
- Ensure strict patient confidentiality and adhere to clinical and operational guidelines.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nigeria.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and telephone etiquette.
- Comfortable working towards commercial sales and conversion targets.
- Tech-savvy with experience using Slack, WhatsApp, and digital CRM platforms.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, shift-based environment (Morning or Evening shifts).
- Prior telehealth, medical sales, or wellness industry experience is a strong advantage.
