We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic nursing team and uphold our high standards of clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive, high-quality nursing care to patients across various hospital departments.
- Assess patient health conditions, monitor vital signs, and administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and care progress notes.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, specialists, and other multidisciplinary healthcare team members.
- Educate patients and their families regarding post-treatment care, disease prevention, and health management.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and professional nursing ethics at all times.
- Must possess a Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc), Registered Nurse (RN) certification, or relevant nursing qualifications.
- Must hold a current and valid practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Demonstrate exceptional clinical skills, sound judgment, and outstanding patient-care abilities.
- Exhibit deep compassion, high responsibility, and strict professionalism in high-pressure environments.
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Previous clinical experience in a hospital setting will be an added advantage.
