Key Responsibilities- Conduct a wide range of routine and specialized medical laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
- Analyze biological samples and ensure rigorous quality control measures are maintained at all times.
- Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory equipment to guarantee optimal performance and safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all test results and laboratory data in compliance with medical standards.
- Ensure full adherence to regulatory medical laboratory protocols, safety guidelines, and professional ethics.
- Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) degree from a recognized institution.
- Must possess a current and valid Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) practising licence.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven clinical laboratory experience in a reputable healthcare facility.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in computer applications and laboratory information systems.
