About the Role
One and Only Health Clinic is a newly opened premier medical aesthetics facility located in the heart of Victoria Island, Lagos. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional skincare treatments and beauty services in a luxurious, welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team and help us set the highest standards in client care and skin health.
Key Responsibilities- Perform professional facial treatments, including deep cleansing, HydraFacials, and customized brightening sessions.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations to analyze client skin types, concerns, and individual treatment needs.
- Execute advanced procedures such as chemical peels and microneedling within professional scope and safety guidelines.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and recommend appropriate clinical skincare products for at-home routines.
- Educate clients on proper skin health maintenance, treatment benefits, and rigorous aftercare practices.
- Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, sterilize equipment, and adhere strictly to infection-control standards.
- Collaborate closely with medical doctors and clinic staff to ensure a seamless and holistic client experience.
- Recognized certification in Esthetics or Beauty Therapy; ITEC, CIDESCO, or equivalent qualifications are a strong advantage.
- At least 2 years of practical experience in a medical aesthetics clinic, luxury spa, or professional skincare setting.
- Deep understanding of skin anatomy, common dermatological conditions, cosmetic ingredients, and treatment contraindications.
- Proven hands-on expertise with HydraFacials, chemical peels, microneedling, and advanced aesthetic machinery.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and consultative selling skills with a professional, well-groomed presentation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to participate in continuous professional development training.
