About the Role
Raphael Group is seeking a dedicated and clinically confident Registered Nurse to join a premier aesthetic clinic team in Lekki, Lagos. This on-site role is tailored for a nursing professional who excels in independent IV cannulation, patient safety, and high-end client service within a luxury wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform peripheral IV cannulation independently, assessing veins safely with minimal discomfort.
- Administer IV drip treatments in strict accordance with approved clinical protocols.
- Review comprehensive client medical histories, intake forms, and potential contraindications.
- Monitor clients continuously throughout treatments and respond effectively to any complications.
- Maintain rigorous aseptic techniques, infection control standards, and proper sharps disposal.
- Provide detailed clinical documentation and deliver clear, professional aftercare education.
- Valid Nigerian Nursing and Midwifery Council licence with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on nursing experience.
- Extensive and demonstrable recent experience performing independent IV cannulation without supervision.
- Immaculate bedside manner with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must reside in Lekki or within a reliable 30 to 45-minute commute of Lekki Phase 1.
- Prior experience in aesthetic clinics, wellness centres, medical spas, or private healthcare is strongly preferred.
