Located at 7, Oki Lane, Mende, Maryland, Lagos, we are currently seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our growing healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support clinical services, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients and provide appropriate, individualized nursing care.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patients vitals, conditions, and overall recovery progress.
- Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during medical consultations and minor procedures.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential patient medical records.
- Educate patients and their families on ongoing treatments, medication management, and general health practices.
- Strictly follow infection-prevention and control procedures to ensure clinical safety.
- Respond promptly and professionally to patient needs, inquiries, and medical emergencies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional clinical environment at all times.
- Perform other assigned nursing duties in support of daily facility operations.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a current nursing license to practice in Nigeria.
- Proven relevant nursing experience, preferably within a hospital, clinic, or family medical practice setting.
- Strong clinical competency, excellent verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team player.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and highly professional attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong medical record-keeping capabilities.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective in a fast-paced clinical environment.
