Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive, high-quality nursing care to patients with diverse medical needs.
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and execute effective patient management plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation independently and with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate actively in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure continuous care.
- Must possess a valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) practicing licence.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
- Prior experience in a Neurology, Neurosurgery, Stroke, ICU, or Neurorehabilitation ward within a Teaching or Government Hospital is a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment, independent problem-solving, and patient advocacy.
