Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic, high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established clinical protocols.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor clinical progress regularly.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, ensuring patient safety at all times.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely patient documentation and clinical records.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing efficient and calm intervention.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, recovery, and post-treatment care.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Participate actively in ward rounds, case reviews, and clinical meetings.
- Support neurology, neurosurgery, stroke, ICU, or neurorehabilitation care where required.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and current practising licence.
- 3–4 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
- Experience in Neurology, Neurosurgery, Stroke, ICU, or Neurorehabilitation wards within a Teaching or Government Hospital is an added advantage.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high care standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Strong teamwork orientation and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
