• Provide holistic, high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established clinical protocols.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor clinical progress regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, ensuring patient safety at all times.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely patient documentation and clinical records.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing efficient and calm intervention.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, recovery, and post-treatment care.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Participate actively in ward rounds, case reviews, and clinical meetings.
• Support neurology, neurosurgery, stroke, ICU, or neurorehabilitation care where required.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and current practising licence.
• 3–4 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
• Experience in Neurology, Neurosurgery, Stroke, ICU, or Neurorehabilitation wards within a Teaching or Government Hospital is an added advantage.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high care standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
