Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using problem-focused and age-specific techniques, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
- Administer medications, monitor therapeutic and adverse effects, and implement appropriate interventions
- Provide emotional support and implement anxiety-reduction measures for patients and families
- Deliver basic life support when required and manage patients with infectious diseases
- Conduct home care visits as scheduled and provide on-call support
- Document all clinical data accurately in electronic medical records
- Assess patient and family learning needs and participate in community health promotion activities
- Ensure appropriate patient nutrition and specialized pediatric care when applicable
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution with High Distinction (Top 10% of graduating class)
- Current valid nursing license to practice in Nigeria
- Minimum 3 years of postgraduate nursing experience in accredited University Teaching Hospitals, Federal Medical Centres, or International hospitals
- Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience within the last 3 years
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to recognize subtle clinical cues
