We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled ER Nurse to join our world-class emergency department. In this critical role, you will provide immediate, high-quality care to patients presenting with acute illnesses and severe trauma, leveraging cutting-edge technology and working alongside a multidisciplinary team of exceptional healthcare professionals in the South-South region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, triage, and prioritize emergency patients efficiently based on the severity of their conditions.
  • Administer rapid and precise medical interventions, medications, and treatments in high-pressure emergency situations.
  • Monitor patient vital signs closely, documenting all changes and reporting critical updates to attending physicians.
  • Operate advanced emergency medical equipment and life support systems accurately.
  • Provide compassionate support and clear communication to distressed patients and their families.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with doctors, specialists, and other nursing staff to ensure coordinated emergency care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • Valid practicing license with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
  • Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc) or Registered Nurse/Registered Midwife (RN/RM) certification.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of clinical nursing experience, with specific experience in an emergency room setting strongly preferred.
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
  • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and emotional resilience under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient advocacy.
