About the Role
Gramaze Healthcare is a registered, technology-driven home healthcare organisation and digital coordination platform based in Nigeria. We are currently looking for dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses to fill 4 available slots and help us expand access to quality home-based healthcare.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse with Gramaze Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient-centered care within home settings.
- Provide comprehensive clinical nursing care and medical monitoring to patients in their homes
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and injections accurately
- Assess patient health conditions, vital signs, and recovery progress regularly
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary care teams and family members through our digital platform
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient care records and digital reports
- Educate patients and their families on effective health management and preventative care
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (MDCN) license or a recognized care-giving certificate
- Proven clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or home healthcare setting
- Strong empathy, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a technology-driven workflow
- Good problem-solving skills and sound clinical judgment
